The Back Channel is a painting I did from life in 2011. At the time I felt it lacked the light and the feel of the scene so I put it away to look at every now and then. The other day I pulled it out and decided to rework the painting and try and bring the image in my mind to bear fruit.
I am glad I did as I think the spirit of the scene came back and after a long day of work It is now where I wanted it to be years ago. Sometime it happens that way,Glad I could find the music and finish it.
