I found this spot from looking at a map of the area and realized there was an entry path so I took a look last week and knew I was going to paint a couple from this area. I woke up to very strong NW winds and knew I would be protected from it here. What a spot ,Great depth big sky and a compelling composition. I really put a lot of paint down and had a great time enjoying the quiet. Met a couple of dog walkers who provided some good conversation and respite from the work.
