The Leaves On The Trees Are Falling

I love this stretch of the creek with the rocks and nice canopy of trees. The reflections are so much fun to paint.  I was rewarded today with a visit of 4 otters as they made their way down the creek. In all the years I have been painting Minnehaha Creek this was a first! To know that they live among us in this large urban area is special to me. The colors are going yellow and gold the reds are starting so we are definitely in our fall.
